1. What Steer VIP is
Steer VIP is a free email-based membership program. It may include birthday-week recognition, drawings, first looks at events, and other member offers we choose to make available. Joining does not guarantee admission, a table, a prize, or any particular offer.
2. Eligibility & ID
You must be 21 or older to join. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 21. We may check a valid government-issued photo ID at the door or before honoring any age-restricted offer. A VIP card is personal to the member and may not be transferred.
3. What we collect
We collect your first and last name, email address, birthday month and day, and an Instagram handle if you choose to give one. We also keep the date and time of your 21+ acknowledgement, basic device and request information such as your IP address and browser user-agent, your member-card code, login-session records, and your raffle entries.
4. Why we use it
We use that information to create and secure your VIP card, verify your login, recognize your birthday week, administer drawings, prevent duplicate entries, contact winners, operate the program, and send email from The New Steer. We do not need or ask for your birth year.
5. Email & Brevo
Brevo is our email processor. We send your contact details and relevant VIP or raffle status to Brevo so it can deliver our email. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the link in an email. Unsubscribing does not delete your VIP membership or withdraw an existing raffle entry, and we may still send necessary transactional messages such as login codes and winner notices.
6. Keeping your card secure
Login codes are sent to the email address on the membership. Keep those codes and your card QR private. Tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your membership. We may suspend access while we sort out suspected misuse or a technical problem.
7. Drawings
Each drawing has its own official rules, including eligibility, prize terms, and how a winner is chosen. Joining Steer VIP does not enter you automatically. You must choose to enter each drawing from your VIP page, and each available drawing permits one entry per person.
8. Changes or ending the program
We may change, pause, or end Steer VIP, its features, or its offers at any time. We will administer active drawings under their posted rules. Our decisions on membership and program operation are final to the extent permitted by law.
9. Services we do not control
Steer VIP is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Apple. Those companies are not responsible for this program. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by New York law. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. We are a restaurant, not a data company; while we use reasonable care, we cannot promise that email, databases, networks, or third-party services will always work without interruption.
